Notices that do not include this information may not be able to be processed.

3. Where to Send a Notice

Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to us through our Contact page. Please include “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject line to help us route your request quickly.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or that belongs to you was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. To be effective, your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and its location on the site before removal
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original Notice or their agent

5. Repeat Infringers

RentCalcPro reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to remove or disable content and to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
